Time Distribution of Computer Use
The SoftProbe's key analysis tool- the Time Analysis , graphically displays information regarding the Time Distribution of Computer Use .
This display reliably and objectively depicts:
- The exact time that was spent on every one of the applications used on the computer, over various time periods.
- How much time was spent off the computer.
- A clear comparison of the time spent on the different applications, using the pie and bar graphs.

Activity Distribution of Applicable Use
The SoftProbe's also offers an in depth Activity Analysis, which complements the Time Analysis.
This analysis displays Activity Distribution of Applicable Use , which lets you see, at the click of a mouse:
- Which applications were activated over various time periods.
- The amount of activity performed on each application, compared to other applications, using the pie and bar graphs.

Specific Activity Analysis
The SoftProbe provides an additional tool, the Specific Activity Analysis, which analyzes and displays the activity performed on a specific application.
The SoftProbe displays this analysis on an easy-to-understand view that contains two charts:
- The lower chart displays the amount of activity performed on the computer, during various time periods that can be chosen by the user.
- The upper chart displays the amount of activity performed on a specific application, chosen by the user, during the selected time period.
- The charts may also be probed, using the marker watch, to view the actual text that was entered and files that were used during any specific time interval.

make it possible for the SoftProbe to analyze information based on your company's work characteristics:
Classify the type of computer use in your office
The SoftProbe allows you to fine tune the system to be more sensitive to the type of computer-users in your office.
The Inactivity Intolerance slider has five levels, which allow you to determine if your computer-users use the
computers as their only working tool, such as secretaries, or just as a secondary working tool, for example scientists, or somewhere in the middle.
The SoftProbe takes this setting into account when it analyzes how much time was truly spent on or off the computer, based on the
type of computer-users in your office/home.

Define the number of working hours in your office
In order to get a more accurate Time Analysis, the SoftProbe lets you set the number of working hours per day in your office, and the number of working days per week.
By using these settings, the SoftProbe takes into account only the working hours of your office when performing the Time Analysis

Customize the display and settings
Many additional settings and features let you customize the SoftProbe to suit your needs:
- Customize application titles- Choose how you want applications to be named in the pie and bar graphs.
- View charts in either AM/PM or 24 hour format.
